We represent an international law firm in London whose Commercial Litigation team operates at the top end of the London market. The team are currently looking to expand by adding an associate to advance its already exceptional practice.
The Team
The team advises a wide range of clients, from multinational corporations to individuals across various sectors. The team is proficient in delivering effective resolutions for complex disputes regarding commercial contracts, trade finance, corporate transactions, and governance matters.
The Role
The role will see the candidate assisting a broad range of clients in High Court litigation, domestic and international arbitration. The role will focus on finance, banking, funds, private equity, joint-venture and shareholder disputes.
You lead some projects, supervise and support junior colleagues and build internal and external relationshis.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3 - 6 Years PQE in a highly regarded law firm. Ideally you will have broad corporate/commercial litigation, however, our client will also be interested in those with financial services litigation, white-collar crime and civil fraud experience.
You will also have:
- strong academics;
- experience in banking or private equity disputes; and
- excellent communication and relationship building skills.
