Nicholas Scott is working with one of the leading Law Firms in the Cayman Islands who have an opportunity for an Associate Solicitor who has between 3 and 7 years PQE Investment Funds experience from a leading UK or US Law Firm.

Private equity fund structures and investments and represents a wide range of sponsors, from large institutions to boutique and start up investment managers, advising on the structuring, formation and operation of private funds and advising on downstream transactions and portfolio investments.
Also the opportunity to work on a number of related corporate transactions, including consortium deals and joint ventures, co-investments, buy-outs and restructurings.
