A unique opportunity for an Associate M&A professional within Media is required for a highly reputable boutique International Investment Bank.
Working within a collaborative meritocratic culture, you will be highly involved in the drafting of documents with a high level of autonomy. You will have a good ability to analyze or prepare any of the financials required in the deal process, be involved in deal management, and other parts of the deal process as required. You will also have the opportunity to work on prestigious deals with full exposure, allowing you to grow and make a difference within the organization.
Skills
- ACA/ACCA Qualified
- 3-5 years M&A Experience
- M&A experience in the media industry is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally as there will be significant client contact
