Job Description

We are newly recruiting for an Associate to join our Real Estate team in Glasgow. This role would best suit a qualified Solicitor either Scottish or dual-qualified in England & Wales, looking for a flexible working role with excellent opportunities for progression. Your RoleAs a key addition to the Real Estate team, you can expect to be involved with: A varied caseload of work spanning all aspects of real estate work Supporting senior team members and the Partners on larger transactions and projects Collaborating with colleagues elsewhere in our Real Estate teams nationwide Nurturing existing client relationships and supporting in business development initiatives Your Skills & ExperienceWe are looking for: A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) Scottish qualified or dual-qualified in England & Wales between 1-3 year's PQE Previous legal experience in a real estate/commercial property team A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development, and an appetite for keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in your practice area and sector focus Understand your client’s business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client Ambitious and enthusiastic team player, able to support senior fee earners and contribute to our collaborative cultureYour TeamWe are one of the UK's largest real estate groups, with a team of over 180, advising on thousands of transactions across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland each year.
