What your responsibilities look like
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates over the phone.
- Developing and maintaining key relationships with candidates.
- Arranging interviews, managing the offer process, gaining leads and taking references.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Advertising job roles and requirements through the use of Social Media and the best technology to build your network.
- Managing multiple job opportunities for our clients.
