Key Responsibilities:

Consultative Approach:

Engage with clients and candidates at all levels, whether it's through phone conversations, face-to-face meetings, or online communication channels.

Develop a deep understanding of clients' and candidates' needs, preferences, and aspirations to make well-informed matches.

Specialist Recruitment:

Focus on niche roles within the IT sector, sourcing candidates with specialised skill sets and experiences.

Hone your research and marketing skills to identify and attract top-tier talent in your allocated sector.

Sales and Business Development:

Learn effective sales and business development strategies to expand our client base and nurture existing relationships.

Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies tailored to client requirements.

Communication and Negotiation:

Cultivate strong communication and negotiation skills to facilitate successful placements and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.


Qualifications:

Strong Academic record to include a Bachelor's degree

Demonstrated determination, quick thinking, and a competitive spirit.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with individuals at all levels.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
