About the Role

They are seeking a motivated Associate Research Director with at least 6 years' experience in a research agency, proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methods. In this role, you will lead multiple mixed methodology research projects, extracting insights to uncover the core of consumer behaviour and trends.


Responsibilities include:

  • Leading qualitative and quantitative research projects, directing the team and using methodologies such as focus groups, interviews, ethnography, questionnaire and survey design, and more.
  • Keeping up to date with the consumer landscape to understand the challenges that clients face.
  • Owning client relationships and pitching for new business.
  • Supervising the team and fostering the development of junior staff, including assisting in recruitment and team building.
  • Working across sectors such as retail, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, and tech.



About your Background


  • Proven experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to run multiple research projects independently and concurently.
  • Team management and mentorship experience.
  • Sector-specific experience in retail, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, and tech.
