Company Overview
eflow global is a leading provider of Regtech cloud solutions. We are looking for a talented C++ developer to join our Trade Surveillance team. After a successful funding round and a business pivot to fully SaaS we are expanding rapidly.
It is not essential to have prior experience in Fintech and there are clear progression opportunities as we grow. This is a full-time Hybrid position located in our Reading or Bristol offices, whichever is more convenient, with three days in office during training and two thereafter.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code.
- Implement performance and quality modules.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Mentor and train junior developers.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new features and products.
- Work closely with other engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in C++ development.
- Strong understanding of C++ standards and specifications.
- Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms.
- Experience with object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
