Ideally, the right candidate will: Have 3 years plus PQE. Have private family law experience. Have a friendly welcoming demeanour. Have existing litigation experience in matrimonial finance cases and/or private child law cases. Have a good attention to detail and accuracy to address all concerns. Have excellent communication both in writing and verbally, so you can connect and communicate at all levels within the Firm and our clients. Have a strong sense of professional responsibility and accountability. Have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and Word and ability to work in a paperless environment. Have a great sense of humour and enjoy working in family law. Be well organised and skilled at prioritising tasks. Be able to uphold the firm’s reputation by providing a first-class service. Be empathic and understanding. Be efficient in working methodically and have good organisational skills to prioritise tasks. Be resilient and committed, remaining composed, reassuring, and empowering under pressure.
