Our client is a fast growth top 200 law firm in the UK with offices across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and London. The company’s revenue is circa £14m and the diverse range of services provided are within a broad range of disciplines for businesses, organisations and individuals. The firm’s private client division continues to grow and is expanding it’s HNW client base, hence is therefore looking to recruit some talented high flying Private Client Solicitors. There are opportunities to recruit experienced private client solicitors at either Associate, Legal Director or Salaried Partner levels in the company’s Stamford, Peterborough, Cambridge or London offices. The private client team offers a wide range of personal client services across areas such as wills, trusts, estates, life time planning, tax, court of protection and probate.


Role & Responsibilities


The successful candidate(s) will have the following core roles & responsibilities:



  • Personally run your own caseload of diverse private client work capably and competently, within areas such as wills, tax planning, trusts, estates, court of protection and probate
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and other stakeholders, delivering great results and service for clients
  • Be involved with company networking and marketing where appropriate
  • Demonstrate effective time management and organisation skills in relation to all client matters

Objective Experience & Subjective Traits


Suitable candidates will have the following type of experience and subjective fit:



  • Qualified Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with notable levels of experience
  • Currently working within private practice at an Associate, Legal Director or Salaried Partner level
  • Experienced in working on matters in any of the following areas: Wills, Tax Planning, Estates, Trusts, Court of Protection or Probate
  • Dynamic, professional and team player attitude
  • Strong communication skills, organised and excellent with time management
  • A networker with excellent client development traits
  • Keen to progress into Partnership
