Associate/Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor
Leeds
£50,000 Salary Negotiable based on Experience.

They are now in a position to recruit an Associate/Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor. They would also consider a Partner for the right person.
Responsibilities include:
Provide high-quality legal guidance to clients on a wide range of Commercial Property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
Manage complex transactions from inception to completion, leading team deals effectively.
Advise clients on property finance matters, including financing, refinancing, and restructuring transactions.
Review and negotiate commercial leases, licenses, and other property-related agreements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing responsive and proactive communication.
Generate referrals from existing clients and contribute to the Firm’s business development.
Supervise junior members of the Commercial Property team, providing guidance and support.
