This specialist litigation firm is currently recruiting an Associate/Senior Associate to join its busy Employment Team in Glasgow. The team has expertise in all areas of employment law, advising both employees and employers.The successful candidate can expect to represent claimant and respondent clients in Employment Tribunal cases. Your key tasks will include:Responsibility for all Employment Tribunal proceedings, including, taking witness statements, drafting pleadings, and appearances at the Employment Tribunal.Managing a diverse caseload of contentious employment work.Responsibility for all client communications.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with employment law experience and the ability to work autonomously.This is a full-time role with hybrid working options available.
