The team support young people aged 10 -18 years old over a 7 day rota providing support at times when families and young people need us mostSome key activities include:• To work with young people to reduce the risk of exploitation through 1:1 session.• To support families to recognise risk and how to reduce this• Working in collaboration with agencies to strengthen the family network to ensure sustainable change.• To capture the voice and experience of children and young people and utilise this to inform and develop service delivery.Person Specification/shortlisting criteria:• Must have access to own vehicle due to the nature of the role.• Must be able to work part of a weekend rota to respond to service need• Efficient at managing workload and prioritising tasks/ability to multi-task• Good communication skills and ability to form strong partnership links.• Driven, passionate and flexible in offering families a high-quality service.• Secure knowledge and confidence to recognise and response to safeguarding concerns and issues.
