Specsavers in Newbury are looking for an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the new Store Partner, Director and Business Owner. What does being a Partner mean?
As a Hearcare joint venture partner, you will lead the audiology side of the business with the aim of providing the very best in patient care. Our business ownership model allows you to use your expertise and experience to give the gift of hearing back to people who need it most, all whilst growing a business and building an asset for your (and your family’s) future. Working in collaboration with your optical and retail partner, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring its long-term growth and success. You’ll own shares in the business so alongside your basic salary you’re able to withdraw dividends from the business – at Newbury that’s 50% of the operating profit in your back pocket!

Requirements of the role
Alongside being a qualified HCPC registered Audiologist, the right person for this position will be confident, possess a strong worth ethic and a willingness to succeed. You’ll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment. You’ll be willing to go the extra mile for customers and someone who encourages their team to do the same. In summary, you’ll be a high calibre Audiology Partner able to put your stamp on this already excellent store and drive it to the next level.
