<div><p><strong>Audit and Accounts Manager, Guildford with car parking, flexi working </strong></p><p>A highly successful and progressive firm of Chartered Accountants in Guildford are looking to recruit an ambitious Audit and Accounts Manager to join their experienced team.</p><p><strong>About your role:</strong></p><ul><li>This is a critical role in the Audit and Accounts team in which you will have close partner contact and the opportunity to develop much broader skills.</li><li>You will work with some good-sized clients without having to do lots of travelling to conduct on-site Audit work.</li><li>You will work closely with a portfolio of clients, assisting with production of year end accounts, conducting audits from planning through to completion stage for Partner review.</li><li>You will assist in supervising the Audit and Accounts team including the planning and delivery of work, ensuring all active studiers are being supported well.</li></ul><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>You will be ACA Qualified with relevant post qualification experience.</li><li>You will enjoy supervising more junior team members and being a positive part of their development.</li><li>You will have experience of working with Owner Managed Businesses, companies who are part of larger Groups including some Charitable organisations and LLPs.</li></ul><p><strong>About your Rewards:</strong></p><ul><li>A salary of £45,000 to £65,000 is offered as a guideline by Fletcher George and each candidate will be considered individually based on relevant post qualifying experience.</li><li>Generous benefits package on offer that includes a pension and parking and flexible working.</li></ul><p><strong>Your next location:</strong></p><p>The role is based in the beautiful and thriving city of Guildford and is easily commutable from Leatherhead, Woking, Dorking, Epsom and Hampshire.<br/></p><p><a><b>Next steps – please apply to this Audit & Accounts Manager role and we will aim to reply to all suitable applicants within 48 hours.</b></a><br/><br/>
