Audit Semi-Senior Stratford-upon-Avon Up to £35,000 DOE Puro Accountancy are delighted to be supporting a leading accountancy practice in Stratford-upon-Avon, who are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join their team as an Audit Semi-Senior. As an Audit Semi-Senior, you will be responsible for carrying out audits of their clients' financial statements and ensuring compliance with the relevant accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities: Planning and performing audits of client financial statements, including identifying and assessing risk, performing substantive testing, and preparing audit reports Building strong relationships with clients and working closely with them to understand their business and accounting practices Supervising and coaching junior team members and providing constructive feedback to help them develop their skills Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within the allocated budget and timeframe Keeping up to date with relevant accounting and auditing standards and regulations Requirements: ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified Minimum of 2 years' experience in external audit within a reputable accounting practice Strong technical skills and knowledge of accounting and auditing standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Flexible working arrangements Generous holiday allowance Professional development and training opportunities Pension scheme Health insurance Social events and activities If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to develop your career in audit, then we want to hear from you.
