Automation Test Analyst Job In Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with agile delivery teams to test both functional and non-functional requirements using manual and automated approaches.
• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
• Analyze and design test scenarios that effectively meet business requirements.
• Contribute to the development of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) to create and manage test cases and scripts.
• Support the delivery of a CI/CD approach across multiple products.
• Create, execute, and maintain Test Scripts and Test Cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Perform various levels of testing, including system, integration, and regression testing.
• Work with automated test tools like Selenium, SoapUI, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Repos, Java, Cucumber, Git, IntelliJ, and Rest Assured.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automation Tester.
• Proficient in using automation testing tools such as Selenium, Java, Azure Repos/Pipelines, and Cucumber.
• Mobile application testing is essential.
• Previous experience with Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail in a QA environment.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technical skills and apply them effectively.
