If you are a Master Tech not getting paid what you deserve, we can offer you up to $40 per hour, flat rate with a 40-hour guarantee. If you have any OEM Certifications, we will train and certify you on KIA. We have a lucrative pay plan. Job Description
Diagnose problems and perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.

Responsibilities
Diagnose problems and perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standardsProvide labor and time estimates for any additional repairs requiredExplain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customersLearn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology.Inspect vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
Requirements
You will be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver.Dealership Experience requiredASE / KIA certified preferredValid driver's licenseTeam-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceResume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
