Job Description Job Description The Publicis Media AV team are looking for an AV Executive looking to start their career in the media industry. This role of the AV Exec will be to work on AV (TV, BVOD, Cinema & SVOD) media activity planning and overseeing a campaign from brief to activation and review. Responsibilities will include: Assisting with and eventually buying market leading advertising campaigns across TV, Video and Cinema for all clients. Negotiating with various media owners to drive access to the best environments for a campaigns target audiences and ensuring best results for clients at the best prices. Taking responsibility for all campaign administration from approval to reconciliation. Creating post campaign analysis reports. Working with the team to ensure that all KPIs and any audit specifics are achieved. Meeting all deadlines set by your client team, the AV team, planning team and the client. Keeping abreast of changes within the AV marketplace - sharing market intelligence with the wider AV team. Embracing changes and advancements within the industry, team & systems. Using appropriate systems and technology in an effective and efficient way. Qualifications Qualifications Have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, with an intermediate to advanced ability on Excel in particular, this would include formula construction. Be passionate about delivering outstanding work with a great attention to detail. Have a strong ability to communicate both face to face and on the phone. Be a great team player with an inclusive spirit.
