We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Head Chef to join our kitchen team. This role will involve working alongside our Group Executive Head chef on all aspects of the Michael Caines menu creation, and development of the food concepts for this venture whilst being responsible for ensuring standards are kept at all times.

What do we want in our Head Chef?
You will need to be focused, motivated, well organised as well as being passionate about the industry
A steady, strong and professional personality is key, along with great communication skills and a can do attitude
Has a real sense of passion and pride for the concept and restaurant
The ability to produce high quality seasonal menus whilst achieving agreed targets of profit, revenue and customer satisfaction
Have proven similar industry experience
Head Chef Requirements:
To be fully aware of all Health and Safety policy and procedures relevant to your role
Review supplier standards, commodities and prices to ensure the business receives the best practices and value available in the market place
To be fully aware of the Company’s Food policy and food handlers responsibilities in line with legislation and contractual obligations
To help manage the recruitment and selection of suitably qualified and experienced employees ensuring that the staff budget is not exceeded
Competent in the use of Outlook, Word & Excel
