Here at Mount Road Vets, we are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Nurse to take a lead in driving clinical standards. We would encourage you to reach your full nurse potential, as you would take a lead in the nursing for the practice.
Accepting both full time and part time applicants.
There are no out of hours with this role.
About Us
Mount Road Vets is a well-established first opinion practice with a fantastic local reputation. We run by appointment only and are open between the hours of 9:30am – 6:30pm Monday to Sunday. The surgery provides a fully equipped first opinion service to provide fully comprehensive care and we try to offer a more personal and dedicated service to our patients allowing cases to be worked up to a high standard with the support of our friendly and experienced support team.
We currently have 1 Veterinary Surgeon, 1 Registered Veterinary Nurse and 4 Support Staff. Due to us being a small team, we are looking for someone to fit in well with us, we are extremely friendly!

Applicant Requirements
We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse with at least 2 years of experience. The candidate must be happy to be the sole nurse whilst on shift with the Vet and Support Staff. We are looking at introducing nurse clinics so experience with this is desirable. We would like someone who will be proactive in helping to improve our clinical standards, who isn't afraid to get stuck in with us, and can cope well under pressure as we are a busy little practice.
