Axcis are working with a school in the Cardiff area, who are looking to recruit a fluent speaking Welsh TA to work 1-1 with a pupil in their SEND base whom has ASC - on a full time basis. The role starts immediately and there is potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
You will need to be able to quickly establish trust and rapport with the child as you will be working 1-1 with them each day. You will need to be empathetic, compassionate, calm and kind. The child exhibits challenging behaviour and needs a lot of reassurance and a positive role model.
You will be supporting the child with all of their studies and you will need to work well with the class teacher and the school SENCO. The school hours are 08:30 - 3:30 we pay every week on a Friday a week in arrears. Don't delay - apply today for this excellent opportunity.
