An exciting LeadingFinancial services client in the City of London is now looking torecruit a Senior Cloud Security Engineer on a permanent basis. If youthrive in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment and are passionateabout securing cloud platforms, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will:
- Design,implement, and maintain secure cloud architectures on Azure, ensuringrobust security controls including IAM, network security, dataprotection, and security monitoring.
- Implement and managecloud security tools and services like Azure Security Center, SIEMsolutions (Splunk, ELK, Azure Sentinel), and conduct regular securityassessments and penetration testing.
- Develop and enforcecloud security policies, procedures, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
- Automate security workflows using Terraform, Azure DevOpsCI/CD, and containerization with Kubernetes.
Key Technical Requirements:
-Extensive experience with Azure cloud security architectures and bestpractices.
- Deep understanding of cloud security controls,tools (Azure Security Center), and services.
- Familiarity withsecurity testing methodologies like penetration testing andvulnerability assessments.
- Experience with SIEM tools(Splunk, ELK, Azure Sentinel) and incident response/forensics.
- Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2) andrelevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP).
- Proficiency inInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure DevOps CI/CD),containerization (Kubernetes), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), andat least one programming language.
- Expertise in engineeringpractices for availability, reliability, scalability, and disasterrecovery.
