Keno Group is a leading company in the photovoltaic industry. Many years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector have allowed the company to achieve a stable position as a distributor and successfully maintain the highest level of service for its customers, whose number is constantly growing. The company has branches in several countries and is rapidly developing its activities in foreign markets. KENO's customers are installation companies and electrical wholesaler networks. Apart from photovoltaic systems, KENO's offer also includes heat pumps, solar collectors, electric car chargers, and Smart Home systems.

Due to the dynamic growth, we are looking for new people to join our UK, Keno Energy Ltd team, in the position of:

B2B Sales Representatives

Location:

Leeds, United Kingdom/ Remote

Right to work in the UK required.

Experience:

  • Solar Sales: min 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seeking and effectively acquiring customers
  • Building and developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Increasing awareness of the company's brand and offering in the PV industry
  • Working with business customers on a B2B platform
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfilment
  • Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Represent the company at various industry events (trade fairs, events, etc.)
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the PV industry is a MUST
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Availability for business trips
  • Valid driving license
