Job Title: Back End Software Developer
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
We are looking for a Back End Software Developer to join our Cyber Security team in Nottingham. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who has a passion for developing software and is interested in working in the Cyber Security industry.
You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, developing software for our Cyber Security products.
As a Back End Software Developer, you will build and maintain software components, develop features, and create and maintain databases. You will be responsible for designing, developing and testing software to ensure quality and reliability.
Technical Skills Required:
* 3+ years of experience, including a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of back-end technologies such as Java, C#, C++, SQL
* Experience using JIRA, Git.
* Proficient in using databases such as MySQL
* Knowledge of server-side web development technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
* Experience in developing RESTful APIs
* Ability to troubleshoot and debug software
* Good problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
