Responsibilities:
Join our healthcare team as a Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse, contributing to strong senior leadership in a well-led team. Work collaboratively with the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse on a rotational basis over 7 days (8 am - 8 pm). Embrace the opportunity to provide outpatient nursing across specialties in a supportive Clinical Decision Unit (CDC) environment, alongside a robust multi-disciplinary team.
- Develop as a positive role model, enhancing leadership and management abilities with ongoing support.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration with individuals and teams.
- Dedicate yourself to delivering a high standard of safe and compassionate World Class Care.
- Display flexibility in covering service needs for success and fulfilment.

- Support CDC services during medical emergencies and contribute to enhancing services through simulation training..
