Description RIG Healthcare are currently in search of a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist for a vacancy based in South East London. This is a Head and Neck Cancer vacancy, therefore the successful applicant must have former experience within this caseload.You will be required to autonomously take responsibility for delivering a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapy service to adult in, out and community patients with Head and Neck Cancer. This includes patients undergoing surgical voice restoration. To contribute to the development of expert ENT/Head and Neck Speech and Language Therapy services in collaboration with the Principal SLT (Head and Neck) and Lead Clinician (CHANT), and to be an autonomous advanced specialist resource for delivering a seamless rehabilitative service to patients with Head and Neck Cancer. To both participate in and proactively facilitate the development of this innovative extended multidisciplinary team at all stages of the patient pathway.
