A well ranked and leading International Law firm is looking to hire a Banking and Finance lawyer to join their Banking and Finance team. The practice has Partners who are experts in Leveraged Finance, Structured Debt and Commercial Lending. As a result the work is incredibly varied and interesting and you will develop into a well rounded and excellent Finance lawyer.
The training and supervision on deals is great and the culture is very collegiate and there is a very supportive atmosphere where the firm takes a key interest into how to develop your career and there is an excellent opportunity early on in your career to work closely with clients.
Ideally you will have:
- At least 1 years Banking and Finance experience
- Trained at a US, Magic, International, National or Regional Law Firm
- UK Qualified, Common Law Qualified
- Strong academics
