OVERVIEW:
• This leading national law firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a focus on banking sector clients.
• Clients range from banks, financial institutions and large multinationals through to local owner-managed businesses and SMEs
• Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• With considerable experience as a commercial litigation lawyer with specific expertise in banking litigation and receivership work, you will be accustomed to managing your own high value caseload.
• You will be highly motivated and keen to progress and develop your career with a focus on banking litigation, being enthusiastic to expand your profile and networks amongst the banking and receivers' community.
• You will have experience of supervising and supporting junior fee earners in your current role and be positive and approachable in doing so.
