Your role involves providing comprehensive legal services, advising borrowers, lenders, and sponsors on diverse debt-related transactions and structured finance. Collaborating with renowned clients you will work across various sectors, contributing to deals ranging from £1 million to £1 billion. Candidate Profile
The firm are seeking a Banking and Finance Solicitor who can demonstrate:
- 1+ PQE experience in Banking & Finance
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multifaceted workloads effectively
- Registration as an SRA or Law Society of Scotland
