Due to impressive growth, this banking and finance team are looking to hire a banking and finance solicitor.
This team act for a wide range of clients across a number of sectors to include lenders, investors, corporate and developer clients on property finance, funding for development, corporate acquisitions and re-financing.
You will be a qualified solicitor with transactional banking experience to include advising clients on banking matters from start to finish. Ideally, you will have corporate or real estate finance experience.
