We have a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to join a leading legal 500 firm.
You will be able to work closely with the partners and associates as well as the wider national team on their matters and will potentially be able to get involved in some high value transactions.
The successful candidate will have some experiences in a banking and finance discipline. You will have experience liaising with borrowers, lenders and investors on the full transaction lifecycle and be confident in general corporate banking, real estate development and investment and restructuring.
The team manages a large number of transactions at any one time and with a swift turnover of matters an eye for detail and confidence in dealing with client and solicitors alike are absolute requirements.
The organisation is looking for someone with strong general banking experience, who is looking to take the next step in their career. There is some flexibility regarding office location, due to this being a highly successful multi-office firm.
