Banking and Finance Solicitor – BirminghamOur client are a leading global firm who are seeking to recruit an Associate/Senior Associate with 1+ years’ post-qualification experience to join their team in Birmingham.
The nationwide team work on a good balance of borrower and lender side deals across a wide spectrum of banking and finance transactions, including corporate finance, leveraged finance, structured finance, real estate finance, project finance, fund finance, asset-based lending, restructuring and insolvency, and general banking matters, typically acting for a range of domestic and international financial institutions, funds, private equity houses and corporate clients.
The team have been appointed to panel status with most of the major financial institutions and clearers, and so there is no shortage of high-profile, complex work coming in.
To be considered for this role you will need to have gained 1+ years’ post-qualification experience within a leading banking and finance team. Whilst the team are busy in all areas of banking and finance law, they are open to someone coming in that has a specialised practice within one or more of the areas that they operate in.
