Banking and Finance Solicitor – Edinburgh
Our client is a leading global law firm who are seeking a Banking and Finance Solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE to join their Edinburgh office.
The team act on a range of Banking and Finance matters including general corporate banking, acquisition and leveraged finance, structured finance and real estate finance for a wide variety of banks and financial institutions, as well corporate borrowers.
To be suitable for this role you will need to have 1-4 years’ post-qualification experience, gained within a reputable Banking and Finance team. You will need a solid grounding in Banking and Finance law as you will be handling your own matters with supervision, as well as assisting the Partners with more complex transactions, within a high-performing and busy team.
