Banking Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor (4+ years')
A leading international law firm is seeking a banking associate/senior associate with 4+ years' PQE in general banking or property finance. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of transactions for both lenders and borrowers within a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lending transactions from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to provide tailored legal solutions
- Participate in marketing and business development activities
Requirements:
- 4-7 years' PQE in general bankingor property finance
- Experience in corporate banking law (Scots or English law)
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Adaptability and a keen interest in business development
