The role:
Opportunity for a Banking & Finance Associate NQ, including September 2024 qualifiers, to join a flourishing practice in Bristol.
This dynamic Banking & Finance team advises on a wide range of banking and finance transactions on the lender and borrower side. In line with a string of recent successes and a surge of work, they are looking to bring in a capable NQ.
This hire can expect a fantastic amount of exposure and you’ll be included in transactions from early stages of structuring, through to the completion of a deal. The scope of work will be broad, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, clearing bank panel transactions, supporting our corporate team with MBOs and private equity transactions and supporting their R&I team on restructurings.
