The role:

Due to continued expansion, this firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate/Senior Associate 5+ years PQE to join their team in Bristol.

This banking and finance team acts for a wide range of clients across a number of sectors, including healthcare, social housing, property development, local authority and education.

They have won a number of bank panel tenders recently with challenger banks and specialist real estate lenders, particularly in the healthcare sector. Therefore, the is an abundance of work coming through which means they are in a position to grow the team making it an exciting time to consider joining.

This role would suit someone who has experience with lender and borrower clients, advising on the funding for property acquisitions and development, corporate acquisitions and refinancing matters.

Beyond fee-earning and leading transactions, the ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of deepening existing relationships and diversifying new ones. You’ll demonstrate leadership qualities, influence the strategic direction of the practice, and support junior team members in their development.
