Job Description
A leading offshore firm are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their Banking & Finance team in London to advise their BVI, Bermuda and Cayman Islands-based clients.
The Role
- This role would involve being part of the firm's wider Finance practice, as the clients serviced would be based in the BVI, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.
- You would be based in the Firm's London office and will work alongside leading practitioners in that office in expanding out the London business in line with the general expansion across all of the Firm's practice groups globally.
- The available position in the team is at Associate/Senior Associate level dependent upon experience.
- The role will be broad in nature, covering a range of areas, including fund finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate lending and structured finance.
The Requirements
- The firm are looking for someone with experience ranging from 1-6 PQE gained at an established firm.
- They are looking for someone with a good grasp of Finance law, as opposed to having specifically covered all of the areas mentioned above.
- Experience advising offshore clients would be an advantage but is not required.
