Banking & Finance Solicitor
Our client is a leading UK and international law firm which provides high-quality legal advice tailored to both businesses and individuals.
Their Banking and Finance team advises on a wide range of funding arrangements. The team acts for borrowers and lenders, including high street and international banks.
As a team their expertise covers secured and unsecured credit facilities (bilateral and syndicated), development and property finance, acquisition finance, project finance, asset finance, receivables finance, trade finance, mezzanine finance and other structured finance transactions including complex inter-creditor and security sharing arrangements.
A significant proportion of the work they do has an international element.
The team is looking to recruit an Associate Solicitor in Reading; newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Banking and Finance team. The work will involve acting for both borrowers and lenders on a range of financing transactions and also assisting the Financial Services Regulatory team.
