Konexo is an established alternative legal services division of Eversheds Sutherland, created to meet client demand for high quality, interim legal, HR and compliance professionals. Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.
Banking Lawyers
Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim lawyers to support our in-house clients which include some of the largest FTSE100 companies. We are keen to speak to qualified lawyers who are banking specialists and are immediately available.
What you should have:
- Solicitor or barrister qualified in the UK or equivalent commonwealth jurisdiction
- Technical expertise in Business Banking laws and regulation, or Corporate, Consumer Lending, Consumer Credit or Retail Banking
- Experience of working in a law firm and/or in-house with a financial services organisation
- Solid background in remediation
- Experience of advising on EU regulation (for example, Consumer Credit, Data Protection)
- Experience in strategic projects
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
