JOB TITLE: Banking Solicitor
PQE: 1 – 8 years PQE
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
SALARY: up to c£75,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and hardworking Solicitor to be part of a busy and expanding team advising both the public and private sector. Your caseload will include conducting a broad caseload of property finance, housing finance, Islamic finance, corporate loans and asset finance. You will have a passion for business development along with an excellent academic record and a proven ability to manage files. This position would suit ambitious candidates who are looking for the opportunity to drive a department and the firm forward.
THE CANDIDATE:
As an experienced Banking Solicitor, you will have 1 – 8 years’ PQE and a proven record of relevant experience and capability. Relevant experience to include real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate work is essential for this role. You will also be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate a good commercial acumen to others. You will also have good negotiation skills and the ability to think on your feet and deploy knowledge in changing situations.
