Join the thrilling ride at BOXPARK…if you’re ready for a challenge! The role: We currently have Bar Manager roles in a number of our London sitesTo support the General and Assistant General Manager in running the team in order to maintain a successful profitable business. The ideal candidate will have proven high volume bar management experience.You will manage a team of supervisors, bar staff, security, drive standards and sales, you will deputise as AGM in your GM’s absence.Key Responsibilities:Operating the bars throughout the siteDelivering budgeted top line sales and ensuring that this is converted in to profit through tight stock controlManaging a team whilst driving engagement and personal developmentWorking with the site management team to execute safe and profitable large-scale event daysWork within the company budgets relating to drinks, labour & consumables, to provide the standard of service and guest experience required.Manage all aspects of the bar service within the premises in order to anticipate and exceed guest expectations, spearhead initiatives, incentives and bonuses tailored to maximise the guest experience.The Ideal Candidate for this roleA proven track record in managing a high volume, large turnover bar operationConfident, articulate and highly-motivatedWell-trained with a good understanding of H&S and due diligenceHonest, reliable and hard-workingA high level of personal integrityPassionate and proactiveExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong people skillsAble to build strong working relationships with team members and tenantsAn understanding of event production and marketingOrganised with high attention to detailHold a personal licenceHave an in depth knowledge of stock taking and epos systemPay and Benefits:Our people are at the heart of all we do at BOXPARK and therefore as well as paying competitive salaries, we have some awesome employee perks to make you feel special and supported throughout your journey with us.Wellbeing -  Health cash plan in the form of SimplyHealth which provides cash back on dental, optical, prescriptions, online GP and 24/7 counselling.
