About the job:
- Mixology Mastery: Create and curate a diverse range of signature cocktails, staying abreast of industry trends and innovating the drink menu.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of skilled bartenders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stock Management: Oversee bar stock, ensuring optimal levels, and collaborating with suppliers to maintain a diverse and high-quality selection.
- Customer Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring guests receive an exceptional and memorable experience at the bar.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant or bar.
- Exceptional knowledge of mixology, spirits, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
