Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our team on shift, floor-manage in-house events and hires, and ensure the smooth running of our bar operations. The successful candidate will work 3 evenings on the floor, managing evening bar and event operations, and 2 daytimes to deliver administrative tasks, including finance, bookings, and rota management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Glitch's team on shift, ensuring excellent customer experience and strong financial performance
- Manage in-house events and hires, including floor-managing evening bar operations
- Deliver administrative tasks, including finance, bookings, and rota management
- Work closely with the VAULT Creative Arts team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
We're looking for a hospitality professional with experience managing or assistant-managing an events-led venue. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong background in finance and administration, we'd love to hear from you.
