Located in the heart of The Connaught hotel, the theme of the Red Room bar is surrounded by art, fine wines and spirits. The wine list will highlight the extensive selection the hotel proudly holds within the cellar, inclusive of 20 premium wines by the glass served with Coravin. Selected spirits are handpicked and bespoke, available only in The Red Room and a selection of wine based cocktails will change according the seasons. The unique art and contemporary feeling, combined with past traditions will set the philosophy for the bar, providing comfort and unrivalled service for our guests.
As Bar Supervisor you will assist the management team in leading a team of 14 in the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. Being an excellent and confident communicator, you will take a hands-on approach to your role and be a true ambassador of excellent service.
As Supervisor you will have a natural ability to support a successful team, and have a wealth of wine and beverage knowledge, both classical and contemporary. You will be an accomplished and driven Supervisor with proven experience in supervising a team within a high profile environment.

This is a full-time role, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
