We are currently recruiting for a Bartender for The Stage, where the drama unfolds with a spectacular programme dedicated to Champagne and lifes great delights.

Overview:

An amazing opportunity to join our exclusive Bar, 8 at The Londoner, located within the 5 Star Londoner Hotel.

You will be serving a range of high end cocktails, wines and spirits and should be able to make recommendations as per a guests preferences.

. You will take orders correctly ensuring that all beverages are presented elegantly to guests.

. You will ensure the specification of cocktails is adhered to at all times.

. You will ensure discrepancies such as spillages and breakages are recorded accurately so that the stock check each month is correct.

. You will deliver service standards in accordance with the company brand standards.

. Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.

About You:

Previous bartender experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar and cocktail operation is essential.

Able to demonstrate excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.

Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.

Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and food trends.
