Brand new BD & Marketing Manager role in an investigation firm, who are growing their presence in EMEA. Hybrid working. Salary up to £65,000 plus up to 30% bonus! This professional services firm specialises in investigations for civil and white-collar criminal litigation and arbitration. As a result, they are now looking for a BD and Marketing Manager to manage the marketing strategy for EMEA, working with the team of 3 in New York. This is a great opportunity for a BD professional who is entrepreneurial and really wants to make their mark in a role! Work with the Head of EMEA and the CMO on developing M&BD plans for the region; Advise and coach Directors on individual BD plans; Identify client development opportunities through market research; Manage the CRM data for the region, encouraging best practice; Work with the Event Manager and Marketing Coordinator in New York on events and marketing plans in the EMEA region; Drive the development on EMEA specific content, digital campaigns and thought leadership. The role would suit a BD professional from legal or a comparable investigations firm. Experience of supporting International Arbitration, White Collar Crime and Fraud, General Disputes and/or HNWI practice groups would be desirable. Candidates must be confident advising senior stakeholders, advising on BD strategy, but also rolling up their sleeves and supporting on a broad array of tasks, given the growing nature of the team.
