Originally created to help his patients’ skin heal after surgery, the brand focuses on pioneering solutions for specific skincare concerns and delivers clinical results. Believing in prevention – not intervention, each specially created product is inspired by Dr Yannis’ medical observations and extensive knowledge to ensure that the complexion is truly transformed.

In just 5 years, the brand has expanded to over 40 products with 5 ranges and has become a staple with celebrities, supermodels, make-up artists and beauty editors. Now stocked internationally with retailers such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Space NK, Joyce Beauty, Mecca, Net-A-Porter, Barneys, Violet Grey and many more, 111 SKIN inhabits a niche, luxury space within the growing skincare market.

 

ABOUT YOU

The Retail Team is responsible for delivering the highest level of service ensuring customers enjoy a positive experience while shopping at all the 111SKIN counters. The team is essential to 111SKIN as they are who will be interacting daily with customers therefore, act as brand ambassadors and should represent the values and behaviours of 111SKIN leaving a positive impression. While doing so the team also leverage all opportunities to promote the brand and build brand awareness increasing the number of returning and new customers. They are essential in portraying the strong story behind each product and the journey 111SKIN has been on to draw customers in and educate them on the brand.

As a Skincare specialist, you will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling a wide range of beauty products while helping meet sales goals through building long-lasting relationships with customers. In addition, you will be responsible for advising clients and providing consultations on their skin health with the overall goal of improving the health and appearance of their skin and offering recommendations of which 111SKIN products or service can help fulfil their needs.

 

 

WHAT YOU’RE HERE TO DO

 

Your key responsibilities are;

 

Client Relationships

·      Build your own database of clients, ensuring you keep up to date with their preferences, aftercare needs and regimens.

·      Build strong relationships with the department stores personal shoppers, providing them advise on 111SKIN products

·      Present, promote and sell 111SKIN products to customers

·      Provide excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

·      Play a vital role in making the retail experience at 111SKIN a positive experience

·      Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers

·      Communicate regularly with the floor manager to ensure they are kept up to date with any changes

 

 

Strategy and Commercial Awareness

·      Provide feedback to the Assistant/Account Manager on customer feedback expressed about the brand and help use these to transform into actionable development points

·      Stay on top on new trends and developments within the skincare industry and share this with the team and customers

 

Delivery

·      Greet and receive customers in welcoming manner

·      Offer help and provide direct assistance to customers while providing a luxury service to all customers attending to the unique and individual shopping needs of each customer

·      Works towards agreed sales targets and outcomes 

·      Wrap and bag merchandise for customers in a presentable manner

·      Responsible for taking payments and financial transactions – opening and closing the till

·      Work independently and as a team to ensure all customers are responded to quickly

·      Day to day organisation and running of the counter, ensuring it is continuously re-stocked and presented well

·      Ensure all deliveries are unloaded, neatly unpackaged and stored in a safe place

·      Clean all surfaces throughout and after the working day to maintain high hygienic standards

·      Provide advice to customers on the different products, considering their skincare type and compatibility to determine the right treatment for them, providing them with detailed information about the different features and characteristics of each product

·      Responsible for taking payments and financial transactions – opening and closing the till            

·      Provide mini treatments using the products for customers and advise them on how best to use each product

·      Keep up to date records of sales and customer profiles with the strictest confidentiality

·      Promote brand loyalty cards or other incentives

·      Be aware of any leakages to reduce any chance of accidents

                                                                          

Business Development

·      Cross sell products and services to customers

·      Upsell when appropriate, promoting current sales or promotions

·      Actively research and keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, demonstrating product knowledge and understanding

 

People

·      Maintain a commitment to 111SKIN’s sales processes, values and behaviours   

·      Actively participate in training sessions and contribute to aid your own development  

·      Foster good relationships with other Sales and Skincare Specialists

·      Provide regular updates to the Account/Assistant Manager on the day-to-day activities of the counter  

 

 

Undertake any other task, deemed to be appropriate to this role, as directed by a member of the Management Team or Board.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The Skincare Specialist is expected to have the following skills and knowledge:

·      Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude

·      Knowledge of skincare and relating health issues

·      Hands-on experience with beauty trends and application methods

·      Experience is a sales position

·      Self- motivated to learn and develop your product knowledge and industry learning

·      Should enjoy teaching clients about methods to improve their skins appearance

·      Beauty therapist qualification is desirable

·      Ability to work flexibility

·      NVQ level 2 facial essential

·      NVQ level 3 facial desirable
