To lead a team of LEMIS+ Mentors (employability and economically inactive) across the West Belfast area in developing innovative engagement strategies within local communities for those who are experiencing unemployment and economic inactivity due to significant barriers including health issues; providing mentoring sessions and creating an environment to explore needs and overcome barriers to engaging with employability. T o provide an intensive one to one mentoring service for unemployed participants and those with health issues. Co-ordinate and management staff to provide a high quality service to participants. Provide guidance to staff in approach to support participants’ progression and journey to employability.
