My client is an elite global law firm who are looking for a Benefits Project Manager to join their wider HR Operations team in their stunning London offices on a contractual basis.

The Benefits Project Manager will be responsible for project managing, supporting and ensuring successful delivery of annual enrolments, implementing the benefits program across their regional offices and contributing to the development and maintenance of their global implementation processes and standards.

The key duties will include:

  • Managing the global benefit projects portfolio with the support of their HR Operations team (HRIS, Projects, Process).
  • Delivering the Firm’s annual enrollment for local benefit plans.
  • Implementing the benefits support framework within their offices as directed.
  • Engaging with other functions to build-out communication project plans for yearly renewals and new programs.
  • Tracking stakeholder engagement and managing associated risks.

The Benefits Project Manager will ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ project management experience with a proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects, preferably in a software or solutions delivery role. It is essential to have a professional qualification in Project Management such as Prince2 (at least practitioner level), PMP, Agile or equivalent. Exposure to benefits is desirable however, this is not primarily a benefits role. The right candidate will be an analytical and proactive thinker who enjoys taking accountability along with possessing excellent communication and influencing skills particularly in engaging with senior stakeholders. It is also essential to be highly flexible, collaborative, creative and confident in this role.
